Bread, when you want it.

Say when you want to eat. Kvasen plans every step around your day — and never while you sleep.

Free, nothing to install, and nothing is saved anywhere unless you ask for it.

  1. Flour and water.

Kvasen starts from when you want to eat, and works back to here.

  2. A little starter, fed in the morning.

It tells you when to feed it, so it is at its best when you mix.

  3. Folded, as it rises.

A few gentle folds, each with its own reminder.

  4. Risen by two thirds.

Kvasen tells you what to look for, then leaves the judging to you.

  5. A night in the fridge.

While you sleep. No step is ever planned inside your night.

  6. Into a hot pot.

Lid on, then lid off: the heat and the minutes, on one card.

  7. On the table for lunch.

When you said you wanted it.

Calm, from start to finish.

Every time here is said the way you would say it: around, not to the minute; the minute is one tap away on your own plan. Nothing is scheduled inside the hours the baker said they were asleep. That is the whole job.

Tell it when you want to eat.

The planner is free and needs no account. Accounts — which add timers that reach a locked phone, a bake log, and a model that learns your kitchen — are invite-only for now.
